Prices include tuition, supervision and feedback provided by an instructor, and supply of boots, skis/snowboard, and helmets. A pair of long socks are mandatory, please bring your own or purchase a pair at First Traxx. Comfortable sports attire is recommended.
All sessions are conducted according to ability levels, and you will need to determine your own level according to our guidelines to ensure the most effective level for yourself. Lessons will be run by the instructor according to ability level and it is your responsibility to ensure that the session selected is best suited to your ability.
Peak Season is from October to March every year and pricing is adjusted accordingly. However packages purchased during Off-peak season can be utilized for bookings during Peak Season.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A training session is 3 x 10 minute sessions with 10 minute breaks in between when you will alternate with another group in your session (we run separate sessions for skiers and boarders). We limit each session to 8 customers, with a group of up to 4 on the slope at the same time, and always aim to match customers of the same ability level so we can progress each session at the right pace.
Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of first use and all sales are final. It is your responsibility to keep track of package validity as we do not send reminders of expiry. Packages cannot be shared and are not transferable. Sessions are allocated on a first come first served basis and we do not guarantee availability at specific dates and times.
